Chad Campbell claimed the official victory in the B-Mini Stock race ran at the Anderson Motor Speedway on Friday night April 16, 2010. Campbell led every lap of the race on his way to his second victory in a row. BJ Thrasher ran with Campbell the first ten laps of the race before he dropped off Campbell’s pace. Mark Timmerman moved to the second position on lap thirteen but failed to close on Campbell. Mark Timmerman finished second. BJ Thrasher finished third. David Darnell finished fourth. Ben Kay finished fifth. Thrasher dominated the heat race and appeared to be the man to beat but Campbell got the jump on the start and never looked back.
Skyler Queen claimed the official victory in the B-M Modified division. Queen led every lap of the race and took his first victory by almost half a straight away. Matt Meyers came from the rear and moved to second on lap nine but by the time Meyers got there Queen had almost a straight away advantage. Meyers cut the deficit in half but the laps wound down before he could get any closer. Matt Meyers finished second. Alan Mitchell finished third. Bryce Malcomb finished fourth. Tim Stokes finished fifth. Meyers came from the rear to win the heat race but started in the rear in the main also.
Chris Whitfield claimed the official victory in the “Talking Phonebook” Renegades division. Jim Reynolds led the first five laps of the race before he relinquished the top spot to Whitfield. Once out front Whitfield pulled to a two car length advantage and held it the remainder off the race. The victory was the second in a row for Whitfield. Jim Reynolds finished second. Jamie McCall finished third. Kenneth Bearden finished fourth. Ricky Williams finished fifth.
Barry Tollison claimed the official victory in the Racers Edge/Vickery Speed Shop Super Renegades division. Tollison led every lap of the race and easily out distanced the remainder of the field. The victory was the second in a row for Tollison. Bryan Beckner finished second. Barry Tollison Jr. finished third. Eddie Henderson finished fourth.
Jack Kelley claimed the official victory in the C-Mini Stock division. Kelley led every lap on his way to his first victory of the season. Austin Aker held the second position until the final lap of the race when he was passed by Austin Northcutt. Aker and Northcutt battled side by side the final four laps of the race. Austin Northcutt finished second. Austin Aker finished third. Jordan Skinner finished fourth. Brandon Segars finished fifth.
Randy Gunton claimed the official victory in the Legends division. Cory Parham led every lap of the race but failed to pass post race inspection. Gunton and Tyler Castle swapped the second position several times during the race with Gunton holding the position at the end. Due to Parham’s misfortune Gunton took the victory which was his second in a row. Tyler Castle finished second. Brandon Simpson finished third. Rex Brown finished fourth.
