 As the
2010 Season
begins, AMS is planning a host of activities for kids ages 2 to 12.
The Anderson Motor
Speedway Junior Fan Club (JFC) offers young race fans an opportunity
to take place in many fun, speedway-related activities. Local
merchants, AMS Drivers and Sponsors have teamed-up to help AMS
Staffers make these events rewarding for JFC members.
Throughout the
season AMS will offer special events for members. Members will receive
a membership card and be asked to sign-in when they are at the track.
At the end of the season, we will tally the attendance and those with
the most visits to the track will receive a special recognition.
The JFC will
offer many new programs for the kids including a weekly story-time and
craft, a JFC Member of the Week will be allowed to give the green
flag command, monthly birthday parties to celebrate member birthdays,
as well as special events, including bicycle races, candy tosses and
more.
There is NO Cost to
join. It is totally FREE. Simply complete an application form (obtained
at the track JFC Sign-In Area) and have a parent or guardian give
their consent. Mailing addresses that are supplied will be added to
our Upcoming Events mailing lists. This will keep both the JFC Members
and parents informed of the upcoming events at AMS.
