AMS Pit Participant License Explanation: All Anderson Motor Speedway pit entrants must purchase an AMS License. The Infield Area is classified as a “restricted area” in that only crew members, spotters and drivers are supposed to be in this restricted area. It is not designated as a spectator area. By purchasing a Participant License it means that you have a specific reason for being in this restricted area. AMS has been encouraged by our insurance company, K&K and RPM (Racing Promoters Monthly) that we enforce that all Pit Participants have an AMS Pit License on file with the speedway staff. The AMS License Fee for 2012 is $25 (Exception: LMS Drivers must pay a $50 License Fee). At AMS these License Fees are deposited into a special account and paid out to the top point finishers in each of our divisions at the end of season. Special Note: AMS License-holders receive reduced pit admission fees at most of our special events!
